• We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase.
• Items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition. Items that show signs of makeup, oil, or any stains are non-refundable.
• All original tags must be attached, and items must not be washed.
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returns. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage until you receive your refund, in case your order is lost in transit.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to conduct a quality check and determine refund eligibility.
• If items are deemed non-refundable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
